i asked her for guidance
she told me to look up
what do you see?
i see my grandmothers and my aunties
she told me to look down
what do you feel?
the warm, wet soil that will provide for my children
say it out loud:
“i am always being guided in the right direction”
this unique piece is wheel-thrown from speckled clay, hand-carved, and hand-painted.
handwash only.
